Hi and welcome to my site!

Four or More Travel started as a way to house all of our travel itineraries in one place to share with friends and family. However, the site has evolved to focus on sharing a little window to all of the things I love and am passionate about including travel, home décor, fashion and family.  

I am born and raised in the Chicagoland area, but have always had a touch of wanderlust thanks to my parents who packed me and my four siblings into a van at an early age to see the country, and later to see the world by plane. Travel not only showed me how beautiful our country (and world) really is, but it also became a big priority when I became a mom. I also experienced some major health challenges in my young 30’s including cancer and a near-death experience that accelerated my desire to see the world and live every day to the fullest. My biggest goal when planning trips is to show my kids just how big and amazing the world is while also exposing them to different cultures and ways of life. 

When I am not planning our next trip, you can find me dreaming up our next home project or design refresh. While I love and appreciate beautifully designed spaces, I focus on taking inspiration from high end designs and using them to create an affordable, well-styled home that works within budget. I take the same approach to fashion – I love a good Save versus Splurge!
